The ForCES Protocol Analysis Design team was chartered with examining the aspects of the currently existing protocol proposals, seeing what common ground there is, and determining whether the common ground is sufficient for coming up with a single merged proposal. The design team has concluded and reported out a recommendation for a merged protocol.
