ForCES met at IETF 59 in Seoul, South Korea on March 2, 
2004.  Attendance was approximately 60 people.  The 
chairs reviewed WG status: Requirements RFC issued, 
framework in RFC editor's queue, with several drafts, 
including protocol, model, and applicability statement, 
still to go.  The chairs mentioned updating the working 
group milestones.  This was followed by presentations 
about TIPC (a proposed transport for ForCES), 
GRMP (a proposed ForCES protocol) experimentation 
results, and the ForCES FE Model (recently updated).  
The chairs requested that the WG review this newly 
issued model -02 draft.  Also noted was that a design 
team was active with the task of determining if a 
single unified protocol proposal is possible.
